Outdoors: Training outdoors will connect you with nature and inspire you to be outside more often. Our programming includes challenging missions based on team work and war stories.
Indoors: Training indoors (available at 1000 Brookfield Road Room 20) offers a wide range of training from individual drop-in Boot Camp 30-minute classes to Group Boot Camp based on members working together to accomplish class objectives. Family Boot Camp programming is available to teach kids how to grow up mentally strong, eat well, build motor skills, work with others and stay fit and healthy - and parents can work out with them too!
