Our Training

Mission: Every Boot Camp class starts with a mission you are trying to complete with a team. How hard will you work for the man and woman next to you compared to where you will go for yourself? You'll find yourself inspired to reach for more than you thought possible.

Team: Most classes involve components of team work. Can you work together, communicate and overcome the challenges in order to succeed? You will work together to complete the overall mission instead of working to complete individual numbers. Maybe you'll solve a puzzle or a riddle - maybe you'll have to complete hundreds of reps of multiple exercises - who knows? There are always regular surprises.

Self: Take care of the mission and you'll take care of your own fitness. You'll lose weight, feel great and stay healthy.

Accountability: If you miss a class, haven't attended in a while or are injured, we will reach out and get you back on the road to success. Once you are a regular member of our team your results mean something to us.

Team Work: Our group training class literally means the group working together to complete the workout. Our members work harder than ever to support the man and woman next to them, not just complete the same workout beside them. 

Community: When you leave our gym people will know who you are and you'll feel invigorated to keep pushing yourself for more. Through the power of our community, the high-fives, the motivation, the comaraderie, don't be surprised if you find yourself taking part in a 5km mud race, doing paintball or throwing axes on the weekend.

Indoor / Outdoor: In the winter the majority of our time is at our well equiped facility. In the summer we spend half our time outdoors enjoying the summer heat and picturesque environment.

Coaching: Our coaches are required to maintain a high level of education and certification. Our classes are kept small to offer you the coaching and motivation you need while keeping you in a group training environment.

Also, the way the classes are structured ensures that ALL fitness levels get the best workout possible. Meet the Owner

Hello, I'm Mark Nadon and I own Soldiers of Fitness. With my family (2 great boys and a wonderful wife) I know how vital family is and how important it is for you to have flexibility and get your family involved in fitness. That's why I designed Soldiers of Fitness over 10 years ago to focus on creating a stronger community. When you attend my classes you become a member of our family and it's my goal to make sure you feel like you're being treated that way. Our packages and classes are flexible for you and your family. We now have Family Boot Camp so you can train at the same time as your kids. Nobody can beat the value you get when you attend one of our programs. If you miss a class you'll hear from us - because just like family, we want to make sure you're okay. We are more than a group of people working out in a room together and after 3 classes if you don't feel that way, you can call me personally and I'll make it my mission to set things right.
