Know the difference between the things that you want and the things you are willing to work for. Drop the things that are materialistic and find your reason why. Why do you want the things that you want? Because the how will never matter as much as the why.

Fitness Challenge: Complete 10 first knuckle push-ups. It will build strength in your wrist for big movements that involve the front rack position.

Nutrition Challenge: Take your nutrition a day at a time. But make sure you take it a day at a time, as in every day you're getting closer to where you know you should be. Taking it one day at a time isn't about eating poorly one day and well the next. If you look at your nutrition and weight goals and only see the long months of not eating the junk that you crave, you'll have a hell of a time staying committed. So one day at a time means making one small change and sticking with it.

Mobility Movement: Complete 5 scorpions per side. Spinal mobility is important for spinal health long term.
