Coach Brian comes from a highly athletic background in soccer and track and field. One of his greatest assets is his desire to help people and how much he truly cares about getting people to their goals. He constantly educates himself on principles that will help transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. He looks forward to bringing all of his coaching and athletic experience to the classes.
