I've been working as a Coach and Personal Training for over 15 years. My fitness journey began when I decided to lose weight (242lbs at my heaviest) and change my life. My passion for fitness grew and I joined the Canadian Forces Infantry to seek out a bigger challenge. As the weight came off and my knowledge of fitness increased, I worked toward competing in natural bodybuilding competitions. When I started Personal Training all those years ago and saw the change I could make in people’s lives, I was hooked and never looked back.
I have two wonderful kids and an incredible wife, all of whom keep me busy. But I've also found some spare time to work toward competing in Obstacle Course Races (OCR), and finding ways to offer better services for the people in my community. I am passionate about helping people improve their lives and I work hard to find ways to teach people via fitness but even in life, how to improve themselves and make changes that matter.
