Kids Boot Camp 8+

Give your kids the advantage they need in sports and fitness. Kids will train in many aspects of fitness including basic movements, obstacle course racing, gymnastics and more. They will build confidence and gain the mind of a soldier - unshakable, tenacious, athletic and functional. Everyone will learn to work together, share the workload and be the best they can be. Our goal with this program is to teach kids the fundamentals of team work and basic motor skills, and turn them into more healthy and fit individuals. Drop-in Boot Camp / Group Boot Camp

Boot Camp is our best stationary workout class that will get you results -fast- with great trainers to push you hard, but teach you how to move well. You will experience all faucets of athleticism, from high intensity interval training to high volume training, strength training, plyometrics, agility and more. This is an ideal fat burning and motor skill development class. Exercises and equipment vary every class but there are always progressions and regressions for all fitness levels. Tune-up for Athletes

Our tune-up program is geared toward getting your joints moving like you were a kid again and keeping them that way. Good movement is especially important in sports like Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), running, dragon boat and more, where our tendons and ligaments often tighten up in ways they weren't meant to, causing pain in places we've never had pain before. I've had the same types of injuries in my racing career in OCR (shoulder, knee, achilles) and know the importance of training well.
