“I work from home and as a result don't always get out as much as I should to exercise and take care of myself. I started going to a gym and worked with a personal trainer and started to see some great results, but I wanted to incorporate more cardio into my training and the equipment in the gym is monotonous. I had done some group exercising in the past and liked that environment and wanted to meet some new people. My partner encouraged me to join SoF as he had been in it for about five years, so I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical as although my partner saw great results, the workouts that were described to me seemed really challenging, certainly not for the faint of heart and I was not sure I would be able to keep up. I was surprised - really surprised. The SoF philosophy is Mission, Team, Self. Everyone is there to get healthier and work as a team to push through the workouts. Everyone is encouraging, supportive and help each other - as long as you show up and do your best, your fitness level doesn't matter. I really enjoyed pushing myself beyond my limits and accomplished more physically in my first three months in some ways than ever before in my life. SoF is challenging, but it's also a lot of fun and if you're dedicated you do see fast results - it's so worth it. The more I went, the more I realized that Cpl and his Instructors and the group could help me achieve new goals. I actually enjoyed working out and becoming a better version of myself. I would highly encourage anyone to join who is looking to try something unique and rewarding. ”
